A significant expansion from the basic cabin lights system, this system contains double the charging capacity and twice the battery storage. This system also includes a larger inverter that will handle small appliances. This is the perfect starter kit for people with small loads and people who operate primarily in the spring/summer/fall months. This system will generate enough power to run energy efficient lights, stereos, charge cell phones, computers, DC water pumps, televisions, etc. This system is perfect for extended stays at the cabin with lights, music and small appliances.
These kits come pre-assembled for ease of installation at your location. Simply mount the solar panel in a sunny, south-facing location (roof, wall, or ground mounting hardware standard; pole mount is available as an option). Mount the pre-wired electrical panel on the wall, connect it to the batteries and solar panels, and your installation is complete. This inverter can be wired to a standard outlet or it can be wired into a household breaker box.
